Company: Construction Company ( Indoor Electrical )

Salary: $2,000 – $2,500, negotiable

Housing Subsidize: $250

Working Hour: 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday

Rest Days: Saturdays Sundays and Public Holidays

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Electrical and Mechanical Degree or relevant certificates

At least 2 years of Singapore working experience in the related field is required for the position.

Preferably Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect with the client.

Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
