Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll
• Work pass related matters (E.g.: application, renewal, cancellation, FWL and etc)
• Perform online submission of statutory claims (E.g.: government-paid maternity leave/ childcare leave claims/ IR21 and NS claims)
• MOM Quarterly Survey
• Prepare and arrange the signing of Letter of Appointment, letter of confirmation and other employment contracts
• Maintain personnel file and keep HR Information updated
• Involve in internal and external recruitment activities/drives
• Process staff insurance claims
• Provide support to line managers and staff on the aspect disciplinary issues and company HR/Benefits policy
• Assist the reviewing of staff development programme and employee handbook
• Oversee staff training and capability development
• Handle general enquiries from staff
• Support on prepare invoices to client
Requirements
• Must have GST knowledge
• Understand labour law in China and Vietnam
• IPO Experience preferred
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Working Hour : Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
