Business Development Manager (Apps)
Job description
We are currently looking for a customer-centric and result-oriented Business Development (BD) professional to join our small but growing team in driving content selection and partner success in the Apps and Games categories.
In this role, you will use your industry experience, critical-thinking skills and deep interest in technology to help app developers grow their businesses to the Southeast Asia country.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations of social or dating apps and complete the company’s operational goals as scheduled.
Build and maintain close relationships with top app partners, as well as, help existing partners grow their business on the Store by providing data driven actionable business guidance and adoption of new technologies.
Identify and execute on new business development and partnership opportunities.
Advocate for developer-centric platform improvements based on developer feedback, market research and internal analysis.
Work with internal teams (product, marketing, analytics) to gain support for business initiatives.
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience across business development, partnership management or product management, ideally within the mobile app space.
Ability to prioritize and scale revenue driving efforts.
Proficient in data analysis and familiar with user behavior.
Deep curiosity about the mobile apps ecosystem with a fluency in common business models and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Experience with App monetization including subscription models and funnels.
Finely tuned business judgement.
Demonstrated ability to develop great presentations and present them to different audiences.
