Job description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Community Support Executive to join our small but growing team in preparing for the launch of our new mobile games business.

处理日常客户服务任务
收集并报告客户的反馈,投诉等
创建指南和其他游戏文档
及时应对紧急情况并提醒团队成员
推荐与游戏或社区相关的活动
Responsibilities
Provide support for all social media channels
Handle day-to-day customer service tasks
Gather and report on customers’ feedback, complaints, etc
Create guides and other game documents
Prompt respond to emergencies and alert team members
Recommend events related to games or community
要求
必须至少具有NTEC或文凭证书
能够阅读,书写,说和理解英语和中文
能够执行多项任务并适应变化,并具有分析和解决问题的能力
高度组织化,非常注重细节
愿意在周末定期检查公司的社交媒体渠道
精通互联网和社交媒体
精通MS Office和Google Docs应用程序
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a NTEC or Diploma certification
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Chinese languages
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with very strong attention to detail
Willing to regularly check company’s social media channels during the weekends
Internet and Social Media savvy
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs Applications
