We are seeking an experienced and professional House Manager to oversee the daily operations of the household and ensure everything runs smoothly. Below are the specific requirements and responsibilities for this position:

Job Requirements:

Gender: Female, aged 40 and above.

Background: Clean background with no adverse records.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese to ensure seamless communication.

Work Experience: Extensive experience as a senior housekeeper, with the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate household staff (such as housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, etc.). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in property management or high-end hotel management.

Citizenship: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).

Key Responsibilities:

Household Staff Management: Oversee and coordinate the work of household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and other domestic workers.

Daily Household Operations Management: Ensure the smooth running of daily household activities, including managing budgets, financial records, and household expenses.

Event Organization & Supervision: Organize and supervise family events, parties, and gatherings.

Property Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property, including scheduling and supervising contractors.

Household Inventory Management: Manage household inventories, such as groceries, supplies, and personal items.

Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to family members, such as running errands and managing schedules.

Qualifications:

Leadership & Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities to effectively coordinate multiple tasks.

Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Financial Management Skills: Proficient in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record management.

Flexibility & Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing needs and schedules.

Discretion & Trustworthiness: High level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
